ABOUT ALVI
Hi, I’m Alvi Mahmudzade, a 21-year-old graduate in Business Administration. Over the years, I’ve gained professional experience working as a customer representative and in accounting, both of which have given me a solid foundation in communication and problem-solving. But let me not bore you with just my professional life—there’s so much more to me beyond spreadsheets and polite phone calls!
I’m a naturally positive and outgoing person who thrives on building connections with people. Whether it’s a small chat over coffee or a deep conversation at midnight, I genuinely enjoy sharingmoments with others and learning about their perspectives. While I take my responsibilities seriously, I always believe life should have a bit of fun sprinkled in, which probably explains my love for socializing and exploring. I tend to balance a good work ethic with a desire to enjoy life to the fullest, which might be why I’ve loved my time in Košice so much. |
When I’m not working or studying, I’m diving into books about self-development or business ormaybe binge-watching some series. I’m also big on trying out new things—be it food, places, or experiences. I value experiences that challenge me and help me grow, which is exactly what my time in Košice has provided.
Life in Košice – Fun and Social AdventuresAh, Košice. What can I say? This city is a mix of calm charm and hidden energy, and it’s been a wonderful backdrop for my journey here. When I first arrived, I was struck by its historic vibe—the cobblestone streets, the beautiful St. Elisabeth Cathedral, and the relaxed pace of life. But what truly makes Košice special for me is the people and the adventures we’ve had.

From late-night hangouts at cozy cafes to spontaneously deciding to explore random streets, Košice has a way of turning every moment into something memorable. One of the funniest things about my time here is how much time we’ve spent simply getting lost—whether it was finding hidden gems in the city or discovering that we had no idea how to get home from a random corner of the town.
Summer here was something else. The warm days were filled with park hangouts and attempts at outdoor sports (some successful, others... not so much). Whether it was spending lazy afternoons by the water, trying out quirky Slovak dishes (some of which I still can’t pronounce), or making friends with people from all over the world, there was always something happening. The best part about Košice, though, is the social life. I’ve been lucky to meet some of the most interesting and fun people here. We’ve had countless dinners, game nights, and those legendary nights out where we swore we’d only stay for an hour but ended up walking home as the sun came up. It’s those unexpected moments—turning a regular day into something hilarious—that have made Košice unforgettable for me. |
